HandBrake WMV to MP4 freeze

I've been using Handbrake for a while, and I have converted WMVs to MP4 before now. But I have one file that for some reason converts succesfully, but when I play it back, it just has 1 frozen frame and the audio plays out.

What am I doing wrong?

Help ASAP would be appreciated.

maybe it's damaged? does it play ok in a media player?

if others in the same batch convert successfully, but this one doesn't => that suggests something is wrong with that particular file

you can try running it through asfbin before converting it, sometimes it can "fix" wmv files

or try other converting software e.g ripbot, megui, xvid4psp or even handbrake nightly builds
