    Hello I am being offered a budget of 20,000$ to buy equipment to film,edit,produce and sell a action sports video. I am not very savvy in the computer department and I'm hoping to find some answers on finding a legitimate system for editing with premier I'm not opposed to having one built but I don't know where to go to have it done for a decent price. My budget I would not like to exceed 2500 3000$. I'm really going to be cutting it close because I'm looking at about 10,000 in camera equipment alone I will be converting 16mm film to digital and also using HD cameras. I'm hopping I can find some help I'm really kinda jumping blind into this and planning to learn all I can along the way. I am a talented video editor but that's about it.
