I would like to add chapters to my blu-ray rips, yet many programs seek only to iframes, and sometimes these frames are before a scene change, and it just looks bad when I switch to them. Is there some way I can use multiple passes and a list of frame numbers where I would like iframes to be? It only makes sense to me that iframes should be at scene changes, where a LOT of stuff changes on screen all at once... but alas x264.exe isn't smart enough to do that in all cases I guess.

Oh my god. Poisondeathray, <3 you so much. Shame I didn't see your link to chaptergen earlier on. I looked up qpfile on google and found a tool somebody made to make files (called framebasedtool) and I successfully used and tested with that, though it took me a lot of manual work. Now after seeing chaptergen in action, I just have to shake my head at how easy it could have been for me.
