    I've been demuxing and muxing with VirtualDub but also like to use XMediaRecode to demux when time is not an issue, because of the ease at which it allows me to also change formats, correct aspect ratio problems, etc. Can you also multiplex with XMedia Recode? If not, maybe someone can recommend a good demuxer/muxer, preferably freeware.
