good karaoke dvd player???

The Sampo DVE-661 meets all of your requirements except CD-G. It will play mp3's, CDR's CDRW's, has 2 microphone inputs, and has hacks available to disable macrovision or make it region free. I have a Sampo DVE-625 which also does all this but it is discontinued.

i have the ORIGINAL Apex 600a with loophole menu built in for disabling/enabling macrovision and region settings.. no hacks or modification needed this player played everything.. cdr/cdrw, vcd, svcd, mp3s.. etc.. and it had what you were looking for.. 2 mic input with karaoke support.. however i dont know if it plays CD-G as i never had
any to try and didnt bother seeing/checking if it did.. the karaoke function is ok.. however i still think LD/KARAOKE players are much better..
also player has 2 sets of rca audio (L/R) video outputs... svideo out.. .. well just found the specs..

just checked their website and i guess you can still order that model from them.. however only the original ones had the loophole menu for region free and macrovision free.. but you can also modify most apex players..
and apex is a pretty known brand now..

If you find one that supports DVD/VCD/CD+G/MP3 for $300.00 then I want to know were you got it. Pioneer and JVC have a few players that do these formats but they are around $450.00.

yah, i am looking at pioneer and panasonice. all $450 above!

the pioneer dvd-v555 looks cool have have everything i need, but didn't mention about CD-r....

i dont know much about other brand like apex, mintek..... how good is their quality???
