I note that DV appears to be a popular capture format with many happy users. However:
I have seen postings on various forums suggesting that the 4:1:1 color space used by NTSC DV video may result in substantial color degradation for capture of S-Video source material. There were other image quality objections as well.
Could anyone point me to some screen caps or video samples that illustrate these problems?
