    Just wandering is there perhaps a way to add a watermark to a video without having to reencode it?

    No. Permanent watermark requires re-encoding

    You can try something like soft subs without re-encoding

  3. as always in my posts it's poisondeathray to the rescue .

    Do this files tend to be more difficoult to watermark than others? And softsubs won't work since, watermark is needed for a webstream on "livestream", so needs to be watermarked up front. :/

    Are you saying that you need to watermark live video rather than some video you've already recorded? If so, you may need to ask forum member edDV about this as he is one of our few members with broadcast video experience.

  5. No the video is already recorded and i'll upload it to livestream when it's done, for streaming.
