If you want free video clips go to www.collegehumor.com or http://www.prelinger.com/ialist.html - pick your favorite then use the info in the CONVERT How to to the left to make a VCD MPEG in the flavor of your choice.

Otherwise you might want to buy VCDs - if you buy one off this site through EurekaMovies Baldrick gets a small token to host questions from people who ask questions like "Where can I download vcds?"

If you believe in File Sharing services like Napster, Morpheus, Grokster, Kazaa, Etc. you can get them there. My preferable File Sharing Site is Kazaa.

I'm in no way promoting such sites, just answering your question.

even if i knew where to get vcds to download why would I post it on a message board for the world to see (including those who dont think its OK to download [copyrighted] vcds and shut down downloadin operations)
