Greetings ....
I am interested in adding a Glype proxy on my own personal web-site. This proxy would be for my own private use, and it would not be available to anyone else.
It is true that a number of public institutions (schools and colleges, for example) block access to proxy sites from their internet networks. Neither my web-site or its host are identifiable as proxy sites.
So my question here is - If I go web surfing at any public place where access to proxies is blocked/banned, would such restrictions apply to me?
