    I recently purchased a Verbatim "Store N Go" USB memory stick which had installed an encryption system called "Easylock". How does this compare with TrueCrypt which I have been using for a while. Should I switch or stay with Truecrypt?

    If you're used to TrueCrypt, I would probably stay with it. It has a lot more encryption options than EasyLock. And EasyLock is about $23US while TrueCrypt is free. (Though donations are accepted. ) TrueCrypt is also well established and will likely be around a long while. I don't know if EasyLock will be the same.

    Thanks redwudz I was hoping this would be the case. I think that I will format the drive to ntfs and then install Truecrypt.
