mkv,vob audio can not play on stb

hello
i have a stb(digital tv tuner) hinoor-g10 that connect to 1 terabyte ext usb HDD with 300gig hd video file.
i havent any problem with it as media player before,but now some of mkv ,and all of vob file kave no audio during play time.
i think it must be due to patch upgrading process,i'm not sure.patch =original.
please help me any free ware or other
i notice audio format of few mkv file is ac3,then converting audio must be resolve problem.
can i sent a audio codec patch to stb at first?

Noahtuck: Double posts in same forum section is usually because of a forum database problem. Like it times out and you go back and try again.


Have you checked if you can "downgrade" it with and older firmware/patch?
