Hi i need a big help.. For some reason, im on the first step converting divx to vcd. This is what i need help on: Select File->File Information and note the fps as the video source fps because you will need it later. 29,970 fps is the video source fps(frames/s) in this case."

Where in the heck do i find File, File Information?? I did click file and opened the video file. At the bottom, u see FILE, and when u click on the link, u see like avi and other things but I don't see FILE INFORMATION. PLEASE hELP!!!!

Open the file in VirtualDub. Click FILE > FILE INFORMATION ! It's right there in the FILE drop down menu.
