    Are people still using HDVspilt with Vegas Pro 11? Or, has 11 eliminated the need somehow? I have read that it works in Win 7. Is 64 bit vs 32 bit an issue?
    Depends what the definition of the word inhale is.

    I use HDVSplit for simple camcorder captures with Win7 32bit. I haven't tried 64bit.

    works fine on win7 64bit also. i never use vegas (from v6 to v11) to capture. winDV or HDVsplit.
