I was just wonder why it saying this with CD I know for fact are not copywrited.

Nero says that for all of my CDs, even VCD's I have made myself. I think that there is probably a TOC flag that is being set to "copyrighted" whilst burning in Nero, so CD's that you made yourself and burned with Nero will show that message. I know for a fact that the flag can be turned on/ off (I can do it in Feurio) but you'll have to check the settings and preferences in Nero yourself since I don't remember where the "copyrighted" option is (if that option actually exists in that program).
