    This swf was made without any controls (pausing, stopping, starting etc). Is there anything free I can use to embed this into my site?

    If you don't have the flash source/project it wont be that simple. Maybe you can try extract the video part with some software and then use a custom player like flowplayer.

    Yeah I've been looking at flowplayer. I'm trying now to convert this swf to avi or flv. Thanks Baldrick.

    Convert it to flv or mp4(h264,aac) and it will work in flash players.

    Well I've tried Magic Video Converter and Sothink SWF to Video Converter. Neither works with this swf. Any other software suggestions?

    Nope. I have never tried anything like this. A last solution would be to screen capture it...
