How to join move files with sub

Hi,

Do anyone know a program that can join mov files with sub? I have tried QuicktimePRO and MPEG Streamclip with a result of allways loosing the sub in the "added" part of the final file.

(I'm trying to join mov files recorded with ContourGPS camera that adds gps data in subs)

subs have time codes that relate to the start of the video. if you join multiple videos the start time is wrong for all added videos. nothing i know of can fix that problem.
