But since then with fast movement i get a trail effect and kinda blurring if really fast. This happened with both netflix stream and playing blu-ray with power dvd. it does not happen however im watching tv through the antenna...

  5. I've never seen any interlaced content from Netflix streaming. DVDs and Blu-ray discs could be interlaced. I would try a simple bob deinterlace and see if the problem goes away.

please forgive me for my ignorance...bob interlace? does that mean turn it off? and is deinterlace the opposite of interlace? same as denoise? cuz those are the options i have in my vision control

  7. There are many methods of deinterlacing. Bob deinterlacing is simple but retains full motion and doesn't result in blurring. Some programs use blend deinterlacing which blurs the two fields together. I don't know what PowerDVD does.

Netflix streams aren't interlaced but some have been blend deinterlaced so they will look blurry when there's a lot of motion.
