    How can I get a FREE copy of Nero Burning Rom? I am a Newbie and want to make VCD's. I do not currently have a burning software which allow me to do this.
    Also, does Nero have a volume normalizer for my mp3's?
    Please help this confused newbie.

    Unfortunately NERO is not freeware! You can download a demo from their site www.ahead.de

    It comes with a WAV editor, and it has a normalise function, and as far as I know you can edit MP3.

    I have never had much luck with the wave editor in Nero. You can only use one filter on a file. Thats my understanding from their web site in their helptools section.
