Contact of Gmail

I can't add my contacts to my mails because the lines of the characters are light and not normal (negrito). How can I recover them?
And how can I add a contact to my list?

Click on compose then click on the font color icon to change the color or click on the font icon to change the font. Does that help?

To add a contact click on CONTACT and add your contacts. Both questions are pretty basic stuff for Gmail. Have you tried to do this on your own?

When I click on CONTACT doesn't appear any icon to add any new contact. Is this any virus?
And can we eliminate this account to open a new one with the same name?

Maybe Portugal is blocking it. Maybe they restrict Gmail in Portugal? Any other members here from Portugal having that problem?
