Someone please help me...

I need a High Quality SVCD template to use with TMPEG that is able to play on Apex AD1500 - any apex users out there, please send me
a good template! I've been trying every template out there, and they don't turn out good on my player, for instance kwag's template from the "fit 120min on one svcd disk" topic, I guess Apex doesn't handle VBR in VCD format. I have been experimenting with VBR in SVCD fromat, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't very good, so I can't figure out what settings work...

Please help!
