I want to shoot 10-bit HEVC with a Galaxy S21 Ultra because it's much better than 8-bit AVC for night shooting. The stock camera app can do that, but it adds sharpening (which I don't want).
I can turn off all postprocessing in mcpro24fps, but I can't find a gamut + gamma combination that will make it look manageable in Adobe Premiere.
Here's MediaInfo of a clip shot with the stock camera app with "HDR10+ videos" checked under advanced options:

...and here's MediaInfo of something shot with mcpro24fps. Settings match the above as closely as possible (Rec.2020/2100 gamut and PQ 1000 gamma):

The only real difference seems to be the color range - LIMITED in stock app and FULL in mcpro24fps.
All this seems fairly complicated (I know that LUTs are supposed to help, but I don't know anything about them). I just want to get rid of sharpening and not have to spend an hour adjusting lumetri color etc. every time I want to edit a video.
Apologies if this is not the right subforum for this kind of topic, but I just don't know where to ask.
