Why not just use BD Rebuilder from the burner, files to Hard Drive...
Then use ImgBurn to burn back to Blank Media?

If you have an active decryptor running in the background, like AnyDVD-HD, that might work.
Just keep in mind that BD-RB is sort of an "all" or "only the movie" type program, and you would have to decide up front what you want to rip to the hard drive (all, movie only, choose the correct title, what audio track, subtitles) and what settings to use in BD-RB. It would be interesting for you to experiment and report back.
