Ok I'm a mythbusters addict. I've been watching for quite awhile now and have archived quite a few shows. I have yet to stumble upon a behind the scenes show. Did they make one?
I've been to the discovery.com/mythbusters website. I didn't see off hand a behind the scenes segment on the background of the show. I did go to wikipedia finally.
How accurate is the wikipedia page on mythbusters? It filled in a lot of questions but I'm not sure if they're accurate (so are they busted, plausible or confirmed?)
I do see there are a lot of interview clips on the official website. I'll get to them eventually but I thought I'd check to see if there was a background show I could buy on download or dvd.
Thanks.......

"How accurate is the wikipedia page ___________________"
The answer is always not very.
When any idiot has the ability to give his input, rest assured it's going to be a mess of information.
Use the wiki for leads to better information (books, articles, legit websites, etc)
And then further research those sources, to ensure it's not propaganda or similar BS "source".Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Wikipedia works best in two circumstances.
1. References. While the main post may be dubious, the references are usually pretty good, and will at least take off to other sources.
2. Cutting edge research areas. Because wikipedia can be updated by (almost) anybody, subject matter experts can get information into wikipedia much faster than researchers can do so for other publications, such as magazines or even Britannica.
Wikipedia has tightened up the ability for just anyone to edit pages. It doesn't make it perfect, but a couple of years ago someone did a comparison between wikipedia and Britannica online, and found they were pretty much of a muchness when it comes to accuracy of content, with wikipedia doing far better on up-to-date research, and Brittanica online doing better on general topics.Read my blog here.

Oh well I'm glad wikipedia wasn't around when I was in college - man how tempting could that have been??(by the way wikipedia wasn't around in 02 when I graduated was it? I don't think it was)
Besides any mythbusters fans here who could vouch for the wikipedia page without me digging up more on the show?Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
