Need help downloading videos from two sites

Nothing I have tried has worked on this....

Two sites - www.nwawrestling.com and tnaondemand.com have videos I'd like to download locally to my machine but cannot figure out how.

For the www.nwawrestling.com site, I am trying to download the NWA Hollywood shows that are shown. I can find the source of the video but when I download it all I get is small 300KB .swf file instead of the whole video. Am I doing something wrong?

For the tnaondemand.com site, I have the license to watch these shows legally, but cant figure out how to get them downloaded locally once I watch them in the video player they launch.

If anyone knows some tricks I am missing, please let me know. I can provide any other information needed.

The wrestling videos are easy to download.
Use URL Snooper.
When video is playing look for a link like this:-

h t t p://a14.video2.blip.tv/9980007771600/NWAHollywood-NWAChampionshipWrestlingFromHollywoodEpisode21Aird ateF687.flv?brs=1276&bri=43.3

Then trim it down like this:-

h t t p://a14.video2.blip.tv/9980007771600/NWAHollywood-NWAChampionshipWrestlingFromHollywoodEpisode21Aird ateF687.flv

Then paste it into Firefox and choose 'Save file'.

Very strange, but Stream Transport worked fine yesterday for my nwawrestling.com site, but when I go back today it wont find any videos, not even the commercials...

ANy ideas?

EDIT - URL Snooper did the trick for me
