  1. Hi guys, I'm new to the forum so happy new year and hope you're all well.

To explain, I'm currently ripping all my DVD's to play from a set of hard drives onto my PS3. I've been having no problems up until this afternoon, when it came to my Region 2 Sealab 2021 DVD.

Basically, up to this point i've been using DVD Decrypter in IFO mode to rip individual episodes; however when I attempted this on Sealab, the disc appears to have all the episodes in one continuous file. I can rip them by ticking the individual chapters, but I was hoping to be able to remove them (like all the others I've done so far) into single vobs.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this problem? If you need any more info please let me know.

    Many thanks in advance.

    File Mode
Split by VOB ID or Cell ID
You'll be rippng the entire disc as I recall(no other choice?) but just delete what you don't need.

Also DVDDecrypter...as fantastic as it is....cannot handle new discs and their new copy protections because it is WAY out of date.

  3. I have yet to see any episodic DVDs DVD Decrypter can't handle. Not that there aren't any, just that I haven't seen them. Anyway, if you can select a single chapter, you can also select multiple chapters by checking as many boxes as needed. For example, if there are 5 episodes and 20 (or 21) chapters, each episode consists of 4 chapters. Set DVD Decrypter for IFO Mode and decrypt each episode to its own folder, with no file splitting enabled if you like.

Something like AnyDVD running in the background. I believe there is a AnyDVD-like freebie floating around.

this may be a lot of work but why not use DvdFab Hd Decrypter(free)....create an ISO with imgburn...mount the ISO...then run it thru dvd decrypter
