Product for Putting a Head on an Animated Body?

I seen videos in which a photo of a person's head was placed on an animated body, and the video made the mouth move in time to whatever background speech/singing was going on.

The various clips I've seen containing this all resembled each other closely enough that I suspect there is a specific product that creates these. Can anybody tell me what it is? I'd like to create a light-hearted clip of this sort to include in one of my upcoming projects, but I don't know where to find the technology to do it!

The only type of program/software or system that accomplishes this for the basic non schooled person wanting something along this line is Jib-Jab.com where its an online application.

After Effects came with my purchase of Adobe Production Studio, and until now I've resisted learning how to use it. I guess maybe the time has come...
