    Hi, Is it possible to convert a dvd movie to HD(High Defination), in case if its possible will i get same picture quality? plz advice if u got any knowledge regarding this subject.. Thanks in advance

    It's possible but it wont be any real HD.

    if it wont be real HD then what video quality i shall expect? same (MPEG-2 Quality ) ? are there any tools for DVD to HD conversion?

    You cannot make HD video from standard definition video....plain and simple.
