  1. With the help of some very helpful members I have digitized my SVHS tape (with the canopus 110) and edited in Sony Vegas 7. Rendered the AVI edits into MPG4,

Take a look at the video clips and please let me know if there is anything you would suggest I do in Vegas as far as color correction and using the Vegas video tools to make the clips look better. I've already played around with some of the settings. I've already been through the whole thing with using the best playback mode in my JVC 9600 deck. Also you might get a few laughs from the clips as well

    Cheers and enjoy the comedy......VIDEO

Shameless self promotion. Crude humor is fine as long as there is a modicum of humor. Nowhere to be found here. I see you found the Vegas dissolves, wipes, etc. *Yawn*

At least you didn't use the camcorder mic. Kudos for that.

  4. Once again another paranoid forum member. I truly wanted input into how the videos look. I hate pure spam too. This is not pure spam.

As far as your lack of a sense of humor, read the comments and these are new videos. I've had many comments, even some from well known rock stars on FB who find my comedy very funny. You are being extremely presumptuous in calling this nothing more than self promotion.

  5. Thanks Jagabo, that is very helpful.

Film boss, If you aren't willing to offer technical advice why spread your bad vibes. man. At least you are sarcastic. Comedy is subjective and you are entitled to your opinion and I can take criticism because I have had many fans in the past and have confidence in what I am doing.

Not everyone is going to like intelligent comedy. You call it crude cause you don't "get it".

    1. I work with many young comedians who are far, far funnier--and infinitely more intelligent. Sorry to have to break it to you.
    2. I did offer technical...well, comments. (Praise for the mic; ho-hums for the transitions.)
    3. Not from Texas; just doing business here in one of the few regions not the economic toilet.

  7. The brights are crushed too, although their levels are ok. I don't know if that happened in the camera or in your post processing.
