Hey so I made this stop motion animation. I used Premiere but I had import each image individually. Does anyone know an easier way, or a better frame rate I should use?

If your images are numbered sequentially - image001, image002 etc - then you can import them into Premiere as an image sequence, which is a single import. You can then use time remapping to adjust the framerates.

My son is using Monkey Jam to do stop motion with Lego and his webcam. It seems to work OK.

As for optimal framerates, it depends on how much detail you need int he movements. For some secenes you migt get away with 5 - 6 fps, and others you may need 12 fps or more.Read my blog here.
