Youtube 4:3 stretch

Hi all. first time poster here. ive been looking for a solution to a problem and this forum keeps coming up in results, so thought id give it a try.

ive uploaded a video - its on this page http://111.223.225.108/pages/Fun.html

i want to remove the black bars at the top and bottom of the video.

ive added the tag yttretch=4:3 to the videos tags but that didnt help.

i know i could just show it in widescreen, but on the homepage http://111.223.225.108/ we have the same video in a specially sized box, and we wanted the video to fill that space.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Crop to 4:3 resolution(like 640x480) with avidemux, virtualdub or xmedia recode.
