I need tips for Screen Capture (Video) Software

I want to capture what's shown on my computer screen and I need tips for good free such software. The software must:
1) Be free
2) Not have watermarks when free
3) Be able to encode into a lossless codec

With CamStudio, how do you set the program to record audio from what's playing on the computer? Setting it to record from speakers results in an error.
