    Hi,

    I am wondering if anyone who is engaged in MPEG-2 TS creation from raw elementary streams is also knowledgable about SVC to TS conversion. SVC base layer is h.264/AVC compliant. Can you recommend any tool, gadget available for the purpose of converting raw SVC bitstream to TS? Thanks a lot in advance for your reply!
