damaged disc who to?

i have damaged 1 of my vcd's disc 1 it will not play in any of my cdroms or my dvd. I have managed to take all the data of it and put into a temp directory.

my Question is who do i write this data onto a new cd.

i dont know how to get the 2 track thingy working

any help most appreiciated

easiest would be to
www.vcdhelp.com/nero.htm
and add the .dat as the video source.
