  1. Hi all.

I recently found the brilliant format factory software which I have been using to convert MKV anime into Xvid with the now common styled subtitles maintaining there style fonts/colors Etc... in the Xvid.

The problem I have come across is that after converting MKV files which use the AAC audio codec the converted Xvid/Mp3 plays with the audio speeded up? I tried getting it to copy the audio rather than convert but then I was left with no audio at all?

Im able to convert the audio to Mp3 & then Mux it with the MKV while converting to Xvid but is there any fix to get it to properly convert the Audio to begin with?

Might be a problem with ffmpeg that FF uses. You could check which version it uses and possibly upgrade it. AAC can be difficult to work with. (And play back)

But others here may have some better suggestions and info.

    And welcome to our forums.
