Need help on Video

Hi all.
I don't spend much time here on this forum but I am no stranger to video.

I am building a site for someone. They asked me to put this video together... They really like it. But I don't know. I would love to know what some of the veterans/ or really anybody thinks here. Suggestions, ideas, anything would be great.

They really like it. But I don't know.

Don't play that game. Of course you know. You made it. You do stand behind your product, don't you? Even if it is beta.

Suggestions, ideas, anything would be great.

(Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions, and it's just a bad voice recording, but...)
Some people have a very pleasant voice. You just love to hear them talk.
Others... may have different talents. Maybe rethink the narrator voice?
