    hi i have a vob file thats in good quality when playing on the computer in windowed player (vlc) but when playing it in fullscreen mode
    the motion is crappy.. otherwise the quality is still good.

    looks like the guy in front of this picture when theres a movement in the movie.

    is there a way to fix this or is the file bad in some way?

    Video -> Deinterlace -> try different options

    Your JPG shows the pre upscale not what you see. The problem is local to your display chain.
