  1. I had all sorts of anime in mkv extension on my computer, however I was trying to sub another anime on the side... and installed some plugins etc... then all of a sudden ALL of my MKV don't have subtitles anymore... what exactly happened...

    You need to give a whole hell of a lot more information than that.

    1. What did you install ?
    2. How do you test for subs ?
    3. What is your normal player ?
    4. What do you subtitle with ?
    5. Are these internal (embedded) subs in the MKV files, or external subs in separate files ?
    6. Have you use something like mkvextractGUI to confirm that the subs streams are still present ?
