Hi,

I'm trying to output some mpeg files (each is 4 to 8 minutes long) to VHS while monitoring them on TV.

The picture quality is reasonable but I can barely hear the sound. I have to adjust the TV volume to max in order to barely hear the audio with some noise.

I use the matrox marvel G400 TV on a pentuim II 450 Mhz, 128 mb, W98 with about 8 Gb hard drive. Could it be my sound card? mine is integrated on the mother board.

Any ideas or suggestions?
