problems with f4v stuttering when played on web site

Hi,
I am trying to produce a suitable flash file using f4v for the internet(my Web page)
Im working on AEffects and no matter how i manipulate the various setting all I get when Ive uploaded the file to the site is a constant stutering as it runs at all quality values when I run it on my computer it works fine.

Here are a few of the settings ive tried.

same as source, vbr1 pass, fps1.600 max bit rate. bit rate 1.200 est file size 18.705 level 401.


hd 1080, vbr.1 pass. fps1.600. max bit rate2 est imated file size18.705. level 401.

Ive tried the default settings but the file size is too big,

Any help at all would be more than welcome

try reducing the max bitrate to 400-500kbps. it may be your website host has fairly bad upload speed.

Thanks for your help,i tried every thing and in the end its IE explorer,works fine with Chrome and Firefox.
