    hiya

i went to a supermarket the other day and saw someting that ive always wanted! - a flat screen tv that played a video in a loop WITHOUT any dvd player in sight!

can anyone advise me how to achieve this since i want to advertise my products at a exhibition without having to employ too much hardware.

There are several ways to loop a video and get it onscreen without visible playback unit nearby. I suggest you go back to the supermarket and ask how they are doing it.

You can author a DVD to repeat the video over and over again, or set the DVD player to do it. You can hide the player and run a long video cable to the TV. You can also run video from a hard drive, etc. Like I said, several ways.

Some have integrated DVD players that are vertical and hidden. I've seen these in marketing exhibit catalogs for years now.
