How can i record from the tv to a tv recorder?

I was wondering if there was any way that i can record directly from my tv to a tv recorder (DVD or Vcr Tapes) without having Cable box or Stallitie??

And if there is any way what tv recorder or system should i buy?

Depends on the TV, what is your make and model?

What outputs does the TV have?

Some TVs have monitor outs (composite video, RCA audio). You could connect those to any recording device (VCR, DVD recorder, etc.) and record whatever the TV is displaying. That's limited to standard definition, of course. And the TV has to be on while recording.

There are such things as manuals you know. Took me all of 2 minutes to find that one on-line.

No. It does not have any output connections for recording from.

The outputs on the on the LC-20SH3U are left and right audio so yes you can record audio to an external device. There is also a headphone jack.

No video out.
