    I have a dual core amd 2.8 with 4 gigs of ram with Gforce 9800GTX 512 running win 7 32.How can I hook my VCR to PC and record video tapes to PC without video capture card?My Vcard has s-vid and so does my VCR.I really do want a buy a capture card money is tight.Help thanks

    Greetings Shockwave,
    Here is a link to exactly what i use and have used to transfer my entire VHS collection to the PC then finally to DVD.
    For me it works perfectly for what i wanted and gives me great quality final video.
