  1. Hello guys, well here and there trying to solve a tiny problem that mister google doesnīt seem to have an answer for, guess time to make topic of this.

Well it has been happening since yesterday while encoding a soft-sub source, the outcomes didnīt came with the subtitles on which is rather strange since before that they used to. I mean most of my source are soft-sub and not hard-sub where the subtitles can be switched on and off(guess that is what soft-sub function is) but they are not being muxed along the process, I guess it is because this VSfilter message which the latest beta build of Stax gives me in Staxrip>tool>applications>VSfilter, it should say OK but it only gives it being an unknow version and to re-download staxrip again.

    Here a picture:

Yes, I have done quite what it says to do, go to the author web, re-download, etc etc, and nothing it keeps giving me the same problem, then I downloaded an older version to try and see if it is problem with staxrip latest build , and it gives me this.

And which I donīt understand why the latest build give me the location there where as the older one doesnīt and sure thing it didnīt give that location before, Also tried comparing it in another pc which lead to the result of that happening only in my pc.

So guys, is there anything to solution this kind of error, before there was this message pop-ing up all the time...

and out of the desperation I chose to go with unknown version which there was where the problem started, but now the same message pop up again asking for VSfilter version 1.0.5.1 which staxrip already posses and which have me very annoyed!!! btw Iīm on window 7 64 bits.

Possibly another package (dvobsub ?) installed the filter.

Try unregistering the old filter and reinstalling Staxrip.
