Hi,
I am thinking if live streaming. However my internet bandwidth do not allow 25fps/ playback, hence videos are jerky. What I am thinking about is a 5min delay in video, by progressively uploading video to my server, so that viewers can progressively download. This method wil enable me to upload video in full 25fps/ Pal video as wmv .
Is this possible ? Thanks a lot for your help
