It is my understanding thateac3to can do this but I need some help with the steps.
Do I demux the FLAC file, convert and the remux? (but none of my mkv tools seem to demux the audio)
Or can I load the mkv in eac3to, set it to convert and then my final outout is a mkv video with the new ac3 audio?
THX, JNT.
