I would record a video everything will be fine until part way through the video I see that the audio suddenly becomes delayed by about a second. Sometimes I get the capture window saying dropped frames detected (I have no idea why...using a quad core with 6GB of RAM and CPU usage never goes past 40%), and other times I won't get dropped frames and still is delayed.

    What is the issue?

Possibly your hard drive isn't keeping up with the capture. Turn off all virus checkers, close all unneeded apps and try again. If that doesn't do it you might want to look at a Raid0 drive array.

I changed the fps from 60 to 59.94 and I think that might've fixed it.
