    What are the differences between the Samsung SH-S223B and Samsung SH-S223C? What is the best speed to write Verbatim DVD+R 16x media with these drives?

    C is a 22x and B is a 20x dvd burner, so it seems.

    Most times the recommendation here is to use the next lower speed from max, just to be safe. 12X would be worth a try and shouldn't slow the burn down that much.
