    Everytime I make a movie with DVD2SVCD (and it takes 29 hours) the movie's audio is out of sync and I try to run it through TMPGENC and it plays right on the computer but when I burn it using Ulead DVD MovieFactory it is out sync again.

    Try a diffrent guide like Smartripper>dvd2avi>tmpg. Also how fast is your computer? That seems alittle long for any modern day system. Im really not fimailar w/ DVD2SVCD but you may want to check your bitrate to make sure its not to high.
