Easy audio and video stream splitting application suggestions please

Hello

Please suggest any present day application capable to split VOB back into streams.
Especially I'm interested splitting of audio_ts folder VOB files, but the same video_ts application should be capable to both.
Splitting result should be 3-4 different audio tracks in dts or dolby and different sampling rates, which ever formats for re authoring.

VOB2MPG is very simple. Muxman and tsMuxeR are a couple of more. I use tsMuxeR most often as it shows most all audio and subs.
