  1. I want to change the framerate of an MPEG2 videostream, from 23.976 fps to 25.000 fps - Does anyone know of a tool to do this conversion?

(I do not want to recompress the video - just change the framerate)

    TIA /MSA

  2. as i understand it you need to speed up the audio rather than duplicating frames(soundforge?). changing the video frame rate is a breeze in virtualdub, but i dont know the calculations to speed up the audio porportionately

  3. You're right about one thing - it is a breeze in virtualdub - if it's .AVI files you're working on!
I don't know how to do it with an .M2V file (an MPEG2 video stream)
